Local Delivery

  •  We deliver fresh flowers, roses, plants and special occasion flowers. The minimum order for delivery is $25.00. Delivery charges are as follows:

  • Due to the need to add additional staff to route and organize the high volume of deliveries during Feb 13th and 14th and two days prior to Mother's Day, we assess an additional $ 5.00 charge in addition to our normal delivery charge to cover these expenses.
     
  • In compliance with state and federal tax laws, sales tax will be added to your order where applicable.
     
  • Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery  delays.
      

Non Local Delivery

  • You may contact us directly to place an order out of our delivery area. The prices may be higher as they are subject to the prices of the delivering florist. There is a $30.00 minimum and a $5.00 wire charge. Please consult one of our associates for pricing by calling 919-875-8544 or toll free at 1-800-928-8941.
     
  • The pricing found on our products page does not apply to non-local deliveries. In other words the pricing will be higher for similar items delivered out of our local delivery area.
     
  • Delivery times and dates are limited on non-local deliveries.

Dial 919-875-8544 or toll free at1-800-928-8941 to check the status of an order. Please wait at least one hour, after placing an order on line, before contacting us to allow sufficient time for the information to be processed. .

Delivery Times

  • For orders placed online, same day delivery is available if the order is placed before 12:30 p.m. Alternatively, you may call your order in directly at 919-875-8544 or toll free at 1-800-928-8941. If you contact us directly after 12:30 p.m. and before 4:00 p.m., we may be able to accommodate same day delivery.
     
  • No delivery available on Sunday.  Except Mothers Day (and Valentine's Day if it falls on a Sunday)
     
  • We will do everything possible to get your order out in a timely fashion. However, we are unable to guarantee a time of delivery. We reserve the right to use the full business day to deliver your order (9 a.m. To 8 p.m.). Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.
     
  • If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. We can’t guarantee same day delivery if they are not home b/f 4pm.
     
  • We cannot guarantee delivery time during peak floral delivery periods including Valentine's Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
     
  • Funeral orders are our highest priorities and we will make every accommodation to make the showing times. If you have placed your order too late, we can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family.

Product Availability

Product prices and delivery charges during other floral holiday weeks may vary. The containers and arrangements may vary slightly in size and appearance from the photo on our website. If a particular flower or container is not available, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted. This will be dependent on availability and design interpretation.

Delivery Policy

If the recipient is not home when a delivery is attempted, we will do one of the following:

  • Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking the recipient to call the shop and arrange a time for re-delivery.
     
  • Call the recipient to make arrangements for re-delivery.
     
  • With your permission only, leave the arrangement in a covered area and weather permits or with a neighbor if possible.
     
  • If we cannot make the delivery, we will contact you.

While we will not ordinarily leave arrangements if someone is not home, on peak delivery days such as February 13 and 14th and the two days prior to Mother's Day, it is our policy to leave deliveries if weather is permitting. We have no time to do same day redelivery during those days if someone is not home. Please let us know if that is a problem but understand if no one is at home when we attempt to deliver, the delivery will be forwarded to the next business day.
